I want to be able to set the toggle state of presets in other banks. For reference, I'm running the Morningstar MC6 MKII and Axe FX MKII both in the latest firmware. My first bank is preset selection in the AXE FX and Tempo/Tuner control. The second bank individually controls certain effects in my AXE FX patches (reverb, delay bypass, etc). Regardless of how many effects I add in the second bank, when I click on one of the patches in my first bank, it goes back to the patch as I've programmed it (e.g. clean with one reverb and no delay). BUT - the second bank still shows the toggle state for those effects as active (i.e. Pos 1), meaning I have to click them twice to add them again onto my fresh patch. I know there is a way to set the toggle state in messages for presets within the same bank. I would like to be able to set the toggle state to inactive (i.e Pos 2) for all the individual effects in my second bank when I activate a patch change in my first bank.
Is there a solution / work around for this? I have not been able to find a similar issue anywhere on this forum. Let me know if anything needs clarification,

No can do. Are you using both pages (A-F, G-L)? If not, you can use ’Toggle Page’ to switch pages and ‘Set Toggle‘ will work for presets A-L. I typically use ‘Release’ as the primary action and have ‘Toggle Page’ on an action like ‘Long Press Release’. That way I can assign primary functions to all 12 presets and still be able to toggle between pages. If you want to have distinct functions on the same switch it is best not to use ‘Press’ as it will always activate.
Thanks for the suggestion dude. I tried this out and it works flawlessly.
I have the same issue, when I switch between presets on my HX Stomp, it doesn't remember the state of the toggle switch. For example, if I'm switching from a preset where delay is 'on' to a preset where delay is "off" it still shows the delay as "off". I have to toe tap twice to get the delay on.
There must be a way to send patch messages to the MC6?
The thing to understand is that the devices have no knowledge of each other’s state.
So, if 0=Off and 1=On what you are describing is this:
MC6 preset = 0, Stomp delay = 0 (initial state)
MC6 preset = 1, Stomp delay = 1 (MC6 switch press)
Change Stomp preset
MC6 preset = 1, Stomp delay = 0 (initial state)
MC6 preset = 0, Stomp delay = 0 (MC6 switch press)
MC6 preset = 1, Stomp delay = 1 (MC6 switch press)
If you are using a MC6 preset to change Stomp presets, you can use a ‘Set Toggle‘ message in the MC6 preset to reset other presets states as long as they’re in the same bank.
MC6 preset = 0, Stomp delay = 0 (initial state)
MC6 preset = 1, Stomp delay = 1 (MC6 switch press)
Change Stomp preset and issue ‘Set Toggle‘ message
MC6 preset = 0, Stomp delay = 0 (initial state)
MC6 preset = 1, Stomp delay = 1 (MC6 switch press)
Thanks for the reply, I'm using the Stomp to change presets not the MC6.
As I said, the devices have no knowledge of each other’s state so if you use the Stomp to change presets there is no way around the situation you have.
Personally I run the Stomp in Stomp 3 mode and control snapshots, Stomp preset changes and tap tempo on the MC6 and that covers what I need. Your needs may well be different but I suggest you consider alternatives that will allow you to do what you want.
