I just bought the GFI Triple Switch to help faster navigation on the MC6, and was hoping that it would allow to control 3 extra preset slots. It turns out that only the existing J-K-L presets are addressed by an external footswitch. This is not very useful because J-K-L can anyway be accessed easily on the MC6 itself via a toggle page. However, the MC8 has a more logical use of aux footswitch, which is mapped to a new set of presets Q to V. I would like to request (if possible) for the next firmware that aux switch addresses presets M-N-O. This would also make the MC6 and MC8 more consistent with each other. Let me know what do you think about this. Thanks.
I use a Helix rack with a few midi pedals and an ML5. I'm finind the task of configuring MIDI for evey patch rather tedious (and prone to error). Can I send a single midi command to the MC6 which in turn triggers a patch of commands to all my pedals? For example loop D on on the ML5, MD500 off, H9 on and patch 12. Having done that, I'd still like to be able to send CC messages to the pedals mid song as well. My hope was that I can configure all of this and the MC6 would be in the rack and the Helix would still control everything, albeit via the MC6 Thanks!
